I have installed SQL Server 2005 to update, learn and train... I didn't install the Sample DB while setup was running so I've tried doing so afterwards... without succeeding I might ad.. I installed the Sample DB without attaching, didn't manage to attach so I uninstalled again. When trying to install with attaching I get the following message:
TITLE: Microsoft SQL Server Setup
------------------------------
SQL Server Setup cannot write sample databases to the folder you specified because it contains databases from a previous installation. To continue, move the databases, or specify a different folder for installation. Then run SQL Server Setup again.

Desc: Sample database file already exists in SQL instance data directory.
Make sure that you have cleaned up data folder.

I checked that... found no data... I simply uninstalled SQL Server and reinstalled the hole thing again! So, now it works just fine! Thank you all for your response and help
