Hello,
Goto SQL sever and then in Enterprise Manager.open Enterprise manager.Goto groups tabs and then in databases.in database tab there are several differnet databases.in anyone of them you can go and click tables.here in tables tab or on right clicking an option comes create new table.go there and create your table by inserting the column names of your table and some other parameters.

For test Data generation RedGate Data Generator ROX! Best tool ever ;-).

I second Mohit's advice. A number of similar tools exist on the market with which, to be fair, I have virtually no experience. I'm not even sure how many of them are marketed for use with MS SQL...
I do know, however, that RedGate's SQL Data Generator works wonders. I would highly recommend it!
