Hi,
We configured 2014 Always On Failover Cluster.Everything looks ok except:
when i connect to instance thru RDP using SA login i can see AlwaysOn High Availability folder, dashboard and etc .
when i connect to instance thru my workstation using SA login i don't see AlwaysOn High Availability folder, dashboard and etc .I can see/do everything except AG features.
Any Ideas why?

SSMS version on your workstation is pre-2012 is my guess.

Installed SSMS 2014 and it works just fine.
