Running sql in excel for import

  Hello All,

  I have to import rows from excel sheet to the tables.

  My question is I need to find the id values for the names in the excel sheet is there any way I can do it automatically for single cell rather than running the query for each  value in the cell.

  Any advice is grealt appreciated.
