Running forever on creating a trigger

    I'm having a problem on creating a delete trigger on a table. It starts running forever without any errors. The database is for replication, but I can create triggers on other tables as well as the same table on the subscriber. I created an index on the table, but deleting the index caused the same problem that is running forever.

    Any errors in the SQL Agent Log. Try running a trace while you are creating the trigger.

    The index that you create was on a published table???

    It works after I rebooted server.
