  • Thanks Steve. This was a really good question. Thanks to Microsoft by doing a major release on April Fools' Day.

    In my Country one of the Government Departments wanted to implement some major Traffic Rule changes on 1st April, when the Minister responsible found out it was quickly rescheduled.

  • SQL Server 2014 was released to manufacturing on March 18, 2014, and released to the general public on April 1, 2014. Until November, 2013 there were two CTP revisions, CTP1 and CTP2.
