I'll have to disagree here FP. I think the problem is solved. Just as Jeff said (and I said in my first post), an IDENTITY column will be required for this to work. You may not have one already, but you can surely read your rows into a temporary structure that does. At that point, pick a solution as there is more than one solution here that will work for you.

Its takes one to spot one 😀 ... i have been busy in migration 2000 to 2005 with dts and one particular BI project, but this should not be taken as an excuse. Well who i am kidding ... its the only excuse i can put forward 🙂 I'll try not to be "true love" anymore.
