Rolling back hotfix installations

    Hi All,

    I am just wondering whether its possible to rollback hotfix installations, just in case things go wrong.

    i doubt it

    that's why you always test in QA. for our billing apps the rule is to test with a hotfix on one server and on a regression server with the current production build and compared the results

    There's always a readme-file that goes with every hotfix / sp.

    It's suggested to always read those, and it will be clearly stated in there if and how any given fix/sp is able to be undone or not.
