I am having 3 servers : say F1, S1,S2
F1 -> full recovery model -> we take full backup daily, log backup every 15 mins
S1,S2 -> Simple recovery model -> daily full backup
I am asked to include differential backup in F1,S1,S2.
What risks will involved in Backup if I include differential backup??? please suggest...

only risk is you could run out of disk space as this requires more space than a SIMPLE recovery mode database.
Added benefit:
Lots! :w00t:

I mean If I schedule backup for F1
as
Full Backup (Everyday)
Differential Backup (Every 4 Hours)
Log backup every 15 mins.
what risk will be involved? in terms of time? or recovery??

No risk, only adding more agility but also complexity to your restore options.

Complexity??? I guess no complexity will be there.... just found on web ....
Let's build a more complete strategy now: You can take a full backup every day, then diffs every hour, and then log backups every 10 minutes. This way if your database fails at 1:20, then you’ve only got to restore a full backup, the last differential backup and 2 log backups - instead of the dozens of log backups you’d have to restore without the diffs.

Yes adding the differential backup eases the restoration process & also they reduce the recovery time so they must be added.
However, as you said that you are going to take differential backup at every one hour, this needs some analysis because each differential backup will take the backup of all those extents that have been changed since the last full backup.
So, if there is too much activity going on on your server then diff backup at every one hour can put some performance overhead during business hours.

Sir, I have mentioned 4 hours 😉
