Here is an annoyance in sql 2000:
There has been no recent activity in the Results pane so the Results pane will be automatically cleared in one minute to free server resources.
This happens when letting the results pane sit for a few minutes.
Is there anyway to increase the time before the timeout or cancel it?

In QA
Click Tools\Options...;
Click Connections tab;
Look at Query Time-out (seonds);

Correct. However my developer users Query Builder, not QA. Is there a way to stop the nagging in this tool?

Haven't found the option yet, and the clearing is by design
