  Hello all.

  I have a question. I have a situation where an employee needs to have access to a development environment via the SQL SVR client tools.

  The issue that I am running into is I don't want this user to register the production and test servers. Is this possible via SQL Server or do I need to create a policy that does not allow this registration?

  Developers need a valid account to connect to the test/production servers. Hence restricting access to accounts may help.
