restricting login in query analyzer

    I have two logins, one has full access, and one is limited.

    In query analyzer, we are required username and password, right. is there anyway I can block the full access login to be used? But i can't delete my full access login account because it is being used by our systems. I just want my programmers to use the limited account in using query analyzer.
