Can we take a backup of a database SQLDB1 with 8.00.194 (on SERVER1), copy the backup to SERVER2, RESTORE the database from the backup to SERVER2 with 8.00.760?! Are there any disadvantages?!

Yes, you can if your want to restore user database. Service Pack touchs only system databases.
