The restoring of database failed with below message
Msg 3201, Level 16, State 2, Line 1
Cannot open backup device 'C:\May10.bak'. Operating system error 2(The system cannot find the file specified.).
Msg 3013, Level 16, State 1, Line 1
RESTORE DATABASE is terminating abnormally.

try moving the backup into another folder on the c:\.

Looks like you don't have access to that file.

Is there a backup file named "May10.bak" on C: drive? If yes, do you have/ account have enough privilege to access that file?
