Restore Table..

    Hello, is it possible to restore only one table from one backup? Or, can u help me on what should i do to get that info with the minimum loss of time?

    There are a number of restore options in 2005, including complete, partial, file and page restores.

    If the table resides in a particular file and/or filegroup, there are other files and filegroups defined for that database, then do a partial and/or file restore;

    Otherwise, do a full restore of the database;

    NOTE: The restored database should not overwrite your existing database.

    Finally, copy the data from the restored table (using SSIS or some other process) to the working database.
