restore ssis packages from msdb

    i have saved all my SSIS packages on msdb on sql 2005.My goal is to copy all these packages to another sql 2005 box which has sp/cu same as source. I did backup of msdb and restored with a different name. How do i retrieve all of my ssis packages from msdb?

    You can insert the rows from the table that contains the SSIS packages (the name escapes me for the moment. I guess dbo.dtspackages) and insert it into the correct table in the MSDB database.
