Restore local administraor account

    Test SQL server

    SQL 2008 no SP1

    Original computer name was 'Test1'

    Name was changed to 'Test2'

    SQL was installed and had the local administrator's account listed as 'Test1\Administrator'

    Maintenance plan was failing because of permission error so I removed the 'Test1\Administrator' under Security:Logins in order to create another account with the correct computer name.

    It would not allow me because the SQL user I was logged in as does not have enough permissions. There are no other SQL user accounts or machine accounts that have permission to do this.

    Question is how can I restore the Administrator account under SQL security?
