Restore database role??

  Can a role be created so that a user only has restore capabilities to only a specified database? IF that is not possible can he/she only have backup and restore capabilities without granting him the ability to backup or restore any other databases?

  What you can do is put a password for a media set for a given database. And only the user with proper permissions to restore a database must know the password you specified in the backup set.

  This way you can restring the user that restores a database
