I have 600 GB of backup file , i need to restore the backup in less time. How can we restore the file ?

Short of replacing your IO subsystem with something faster, there's nothing you can really do.

Check the setting of the server level option "backup compression". If it is off, change it to on.
Also check if your backup scripts use the default server option for backup compression. Either ensure they explicitly state to use compression, or use the default server option.
Compressing and decompressing the backup incurs a little CPU overhead, but the speed of the restore process is mostly determined by IO, not by CPU, so the space savings will result in an overall faster restore. (And a faster backup as well, and some disk space savings)

If appropriate for your environment, check that Instant File Initialization is enabled.
