There is two databases DATABASE1 of 10 GB and DATABASE2 of 20 GB.
I took the backup of DATABASE1(10GB) and restore it in DATABASE2(20GB).
After restoration what is the size of DATABASE2 ?
10 GB or 20 Gb

Restoring one database over another is equivalent to first dropping the existing database, then restoring the backup.
