For the Restoration
1.Restore full backup
2.Restore latest Differential backup
3.Restore the TLog backup. (one by one and last Tlog apply with RECOVERY option)
Once completed those steps database is online and ready with database maintenance work such as DBCC updateusages, integrity etc..
After that Need to apply again some of the Transaction log backup, Is it possible or not?
thanks

After you run RECOVERY, SQL Server rolls forward or rolls back transactions and puts the database into normal state. You can't then start applying transaction logs again. You need to apply everything to the point you're ready to recover the database.
