When restarting the box, should I stop the SQL Service first and then restart windows? Or just let the SQL Service stop during the Windows restart process?

I have to be honest that for a production box I'd always prefer to stop the sql services first if I can.

On a production server with multiple users, I'd stop the SQL service first, just to be sure that Windows doesn't force a shutdown in the middle of a long-running transaction.
