Hi.
Last Weekend I have migrate a server with SQL Server 2016 ENT to another machine, and since then, I have facing frequently slow performance issues, the server become unresponsive sometimes.
And always I see this message on Windows Event Viewer when peformance degrades.
Resource Monitor (0x2290) Worker 0x0000031D8EE88160 appears to be non-yielding on Node 10. Memory freed: 4168 KB. Last wait: MISCELLANEOUS. Last clerk: type USERSTORE_TOKENPERM, name ACRUserStore-306310927-2-2. Approx CPU Used: kernel 23609 ms, user 31 ms, Interval: 508934.
SQL Server runs on a Windows Server STD with 1TB Ram, 192 Processors (AMD Epyc 7642 48-Core) and all disks are NVMEs.
Max Server Memory = 921600 | MaxDop = 8, CTP = 200

Do you have the latest CU applied? That condition is often a bug in SQL code, fixed by maintenance.
