It seems our ReportServerService__dd_mm_yyyy*.log files in the \Microsoft SQL Server\<SQL Server Instance>\Reporting Services\LogFiles directory are no longer being written. Im currently troubleshooting some subscription errors and cannot do without these files our course.
Not coincidentally, at the time these stopped being generated, we peformed a move of the ReportServer and ReportServerTempDB db files to a different mount point in our SAN storage. From our DBA - "we detached these 2 databases, moved the files from one drive to other (actully SAN mount points) then we attached them back".
I figured at the least, the ReportingServices service needed restarted, but wasnt sure if any other related services needed the same, either on the SSRS app server or the SSRS db server. (scaled to 2 machines). I even restarted the entire web server where SSRS app resides.

Permissions Issue - NT Account in which the SSRS service was running under, had its permissions changed and thus the log files were unable to be written to the log directory.
