Reporting Services into Excel

    In a reporting services report that is exported into Excel, I have set up groups and there is a page break after each group. I'd like to change the automatic "Sheet 1", "Sheet 2" etc names into meaningful names (ie the Category used to make the group. How do I do that?

    Hi Wendy,

    I too have had this problem in my organization and as a resolution we purchased and use the OfficeWriter product from SoftArtisans. It allows you to create custom Excel formatting for reports and is then available through an additional delivery extension that shows up.
