My Reports integrated with SharePoint 2007 were working fine until a couple of days ago. The Reporting Services is on Server A and SharePoint 2007 is on Server B. What's interesting is only one web application on SharePoint has issues with reports (unfortunately that's our main application), while other web applications don't. Only this application uses SSL, and I don't know if it has anything to do with it. The Report server doesn't use SSL.
Trusted Account and NTLM are used by the way.

What is the exact error? Access denied??

"An unexpected error occurred while connecting to the report server. Verify that the report server is available and configured for SharePoint integrated mode."
I can run the reports from the Reporting Services or construct the URL to run it, but cannot do within SharePoint.

Applied the fixes provided from this link on the SharePoint server and it solved my headache.
