Just a simple question,
Can I move my SQL 2005 Reporting Services databases to a SQL 2008 instance. I read an article somewhere that indicated this was supported but now I can't seem to locate it. Is this possible and does anyone have documentation to support this configuration?

Yes,
Detach and copy the files then reattach or you can restore the databases, then upgrade them to compatibility lvl sql server 2008 (100), you will need your SSRS keys tho if you wish to keep everything the same.

Hi,
Does it work for you?
I try to run SSRS 2005 on database 2008.
I have this error:
using other editions of sql server for report data sources and /or the report server database s not supported in this edition of reporting services.
Does some body have solution?
