Hi!
For me, I have to add "localhost" as a host header in IIS.
In IIS Manager, right click the site-> properties, and click the advanced button on the tab where you assign the IP of the site. Add localhost in the Host Header area.

Hi...
Did you check the instance name?
Suppose you are trying...http://localhost/reportserver..But the instance which you are using is reportserver$2005...then you need to place
http://localhost/reportserver$2005 to open reports...I mean report manager...
Please check it...once...:)
Thanks,
Niraj
