Reporting Services and Excel Export

    Hello all,

    I have several users that have Excel 2000 and Excel 2003. When users that are using Excel 2000 export reports, from Report Server, into Excel the format output is scrambled (mime), However, users of Excel 2003 that export the same report the format and output file is fine......Any thoughts why or is there a setting I need to create for Excel 2000 users

    Have you installed RS SP1?

    I think this is resolved in Excel 2002 (version 10) and beyond, and is not dependent on the RS level.  Can anyone confirm that?
