Reporting Services 2000 with Visual Studio 2005

    Hi,

    Does anybody know if there is way to use Reporting Services 2000 with Visual Studio 2005 (design reports for Reporting Services 2000)?

    I am guessing that it will not work... at least not from the templates installed in the IDE.  The features just aren't there in the earlier RS.  You might get something out of it; but I doubt that it would be useful.

    I have been designing some reports with VS2005, and then just tried to upload to RS2000 - but sadly it doesn't seem to be very happy with that.....*groan*

    Thankfully I didn't spend too long on it, and I have a fall back, but still it is annoying that VS2005 won't upload to RS2000!!

    Anyone managed to beat any sense out of this?

    RS 2000 wont work with VS 2005 is an obvious thing.

    RS2000 uses .Net framework 1.1 while VS2005 used framework 2.0

    I had already create report using Reporting Services 2000.

    But now I get an error while I am trying to display report in Visual Studio 2005 using Report Viewer Control in .aspx page.

    How Can i fix out this error???

    Please help me...
