I'm upgrading one of our DB (A1) app's from 2000 to 2k5 (no problem) But the app currently uses SSRS (2000) with several other apps. In order to move A1 reports to the new server that is 2k5 SSRS, will I have to recreate them? Rembember A1 reports is currently on 2000 along with other application reports that are not being upgraded.

You should be able to connect SSRS 2000 to a SQL 2005 database or really any other datasource that you can connect to through OLE, ODBC etc.
Also, you can connect a SQL 2005 instance of SSRS to query data from a SQL 2000 database.
In other words, you won't have to upgrade to SSRS 2005 just by upgrading the database you are querying, but you will need to change the datasource. Of course you'll probably want to test this all first, but that is my understanding.
