Instead of getting the Reporting Service Home Page with the Content & Properties tab when clicking on a given URL, I receive directory structure type display with the Data source And Reports. I'm running IE 9 using 2008 R2. Is there a setting I don't have on to have the normal Reporting Service Home Page ?

Hi,
Does the URL you are clicking on end with \ReportServer?

Yes it does, I try changing it to Reports and I got the old 404 - File or Directory is not Found.

There can be multiple causes of this. I would confirm the correct URL in Reporting Services Configuration Manager and try accessing the \Reports page on the server directly.

The URL in the Report Configuration is \ReportServer nothing happens when I use \Reports.

What they're saying is there are two URLs associated with reporting services.
Web Service URL - Default is /ReportServer. This is for back end report maintenance. How you publish reports to the server through BIDS etc. It looks like an FTP site.
Report Manager URL - This is the user friendly report site. Default is /Reports. This will show icons for folders and reports and you're able to manage site settings and security.
Both of these URLs can be customized so you should log into the report configuration manager and see what they are set to and use the proper URL.
