Hi, Good Moring, Someone could help me about this? I have a report via Reporting Service, In the user`s pcs, when I try to export to excel, doesn´t export, the page is loading and doesn´t show the xls file . If I try to export to pdf, word, etc, works correctly and in the server works correctly too.
The problem is in the user pc and when I try to export to excel.
Had anyone the same problem? How did you resolve it?

Do you get a timeout error or any other error?
If you check the Reporting Services log as that should have warning or error messages when trying to export the report.

What does it show after the following lines:
Entering ExeuteCommand - Command = Render
INFO: RenderFromSession('/ReportFolder/ReportName')
Also check the ExecutionLog3 view - what is the status for the execution of that and what are the three values for the times?

it shows this:

So it's saying that the report did successfully process. Unless something is in the ExecutionLog3 view, I have no idea. But check that view and make sure the status is success, check the format to make sure it was Excel and check the time rendering - maybe you did hit a timeout.

It's in the ReportServer database - on the server wherever you installed the Reporting Services databases (aka Catalog). Usually on the same server where the rest of SSRS was installed.

That's close enough - the view is just down one more folder just beneath tables, then expand views.
Anyway that looks normal and nothing close to timing out.
That is a weird one. When you try to export from Report Manager, do you get the same prompts that you get when doing it to Word, PDF? I think one of them is a prompt to open or save...something like that.

Check the output row count.
IIRC Reporting Services Excel renderer has a worksheet row limit (circa 65K) and will not render if the number of rows exceeds that limit
Far away is close at hand in the images of elsewhere.
