I am configuring reporting using Always on AG from primary to two secondary's, one is for reporting and the other one is for DR both with Async mode. For discussion, If ever there is an issue to reporting server due to different reasons(no sync or storage issue something like that), there would be impact to our reporting users. Two things I am trying to understand. What issues I could be seeing for reporting other then no sync or when there is a storage issue? Again I understand it depends on the problem. Would there be any alternate other than connecting to primary replica when reporting is down for extended period of time? Please advise? Thanks in Advance!

I haven't used this configuration so I can't answer your question directly.
Are your clients connecting to a listener and specifying readintent? If they are then the infromation here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/database-engine/availability-groups/windows/configure-read-only-routing-for-an-availability-group-sql-server?view=sql-server-ver15 might help?
