report totals referencing a sub report field

    This is probably a easy question but I can't find a good example. I have three sub reports laid out on my main report.

    I need to provide a total at the bottom of the main report adding totals up from each of the sub reports.

    You could add a new dataset in your main report itself. In this dataset query, you could write a SQL query that would effectively sum up the required data. You can then display the value from this dataset as the total in the main report.
