Hello,
I am trying to set up a report server and I get through the entire process but Initialization is still grayed out and I am not sure how to remedy this. Any help would be appreciated.

Where I've seen that before, it's been an issue with creating the encryption certificate. Have you done that?

On the encryption key tab I created a backup of the key but did not create an encryption certificate. The tutorial I followed while setting it up said nothing about that other than I should backup the encryption key. How does one create an encryption certificate?

The reason it is grayed out is because I am running SA. Apparently as long as there is a check mark I am good to go regardless of color!
The reason I thought that was the issue is because when I attempt to schedule a report it does not schedule correctly. I am attempting to set up an automatic email of reports to our client every 4 hours so we do not have to spend time printing them.
