Report Server not working

  Hi,

  I have Re- installed SQL Server 2008 R2 on my laptop. Now i am trying to connect Report Server then login screen(screenshot attached) are coming Why?

  After logged in it is also not connected. Following error showing:

  User 'XYZ' does not have required permissions. Verify that sufficient permissions have been granted and Windows User Account Control (UAC) restrictions have been addressed.

  I have also tried to delete Encryption Key but its aslo not deleted. Followinh are the exception detail:

  Microsoft.ReportingServices.WmiProvider.WMIProviderException: An error occurred when attempting to connect to the report server remote procedure call (RPC) end point. Verify that the Report Server Windows service is running, and then retry the operation.

  Please Suggest.

  In report server configuration have you checked the 'specify an execution account' box?
