Report not getting displayed on SQL Reporting Server when i have Embedded Code in it

    Hi friends ,

    I have a problem... When i have embedded code inside a report and sub report the report does not display.

    I am able to get the report on the development environment .

    If anyone have some experience on this do let me know .Is there any security concern with embedded code that i have to set .

    Is the embedded code within the report or in a dll on the report server?  If it's the latter, you need to set permissions to access the dll.

    Hey David,

    I am now able to get the report with the embedded code within the rdl file .. I dont have a external DLL.

    My problem was there was a Dataset which i never needed and that was referenced by the report.So when i checked it properly i got the real problem.

    Anyways thks for the reply and hope no one will have the same problem now.
