Hi
The reporting services 2005 has a limitation in the width of the report(rdl), the maximum width allowed is 406.34 cm.
Thanks & Regards,

do you want all 240 columns in the same report?
cant you split the report into two or more?

Hi,
I dont think you can get the text in Single line due to this max width of report.
I dont know your requirement but still, is it possible for you to consider some column as group (I mean some collection of column) and get it through a Sub Report?.
Thanks & Regards,
MC
