Hi everyone,
We just installed SSRS 2014 in native mode On a Windows 2012 r2 server but when I try to access the Report Manager URL in a browser, directly on the host having SSRS installed or remotely, I am unable to connect to it because of insufficient privileges even if I try to connect with an administrator user or with the domain user that is used to run the SSRS service.
I always have this error message:
User 'domain\user' does not have required permissions. Verify that sufficient permissions have been granted and Windows User Account Control (UAC) restrictions have been addressed.
What/where should I look for?
Best regards.

man that's a classic pain point i've tripped over myself.
i'm very sure it has to do with permissions related to folders (virtual fodlers?) within SSRS.
go to the SSRS web site, and find the site settings link, where you will need to add yourself and others who will be accessing.
better than i can explain, go to this site and start at step 35, it has the whole explanation for your issue:
