Report is not reflecting how stored proc is acting

    Yes correct. There was nothing wrong with the report's main stored proc.

    Just to be 100% safe that you were not going to edit all the procs that take that table's code as multi-value input!

    Make more sens to just edit the query that pulls those input parameters ;-).
