Report Builder question

    I'm new with reporting Services. When I opened the .rdl file it gave me this error?

    System.IO.StreamReader: The Report element was not found.

    Does anyone run into this issue before? Appreciate the help. Thanks

    I am getting this also. It happens when I try to open the Report Builder from the browser. I can open the rdl file that is saved on my hard disk but the changes that I made in the http:\\Server\Reports aren't in that copy.
