Report builder problem

    Hi,

    I have user with the rights to have Report builder but some how user cannot see the Report builder Icon on the site when user goes to report server site hhtp://servername/reportsetest!!

    also the other error i get is permission granted to user is insufficient!!

    The user must have assigned the Report Builder role, if he will publish reports also needs the Publisher role.

    user does have report builder role as well as publish role as well!! but still give same problem to user!!
