Report builder changing data format from DD-MM-YYYY to MM-DD-YYYY

  Hi,

  I am using Report Builder and trying to create a report filtering on a date field, the date I specify in the dialog box is being changed when the query is run.

  The report is against a model generated from an OLAP cube.

  The problem is when I have a day value less than or equal to 12 it changes the format used in the query to MM-DD-YYYY rather than using DD-MM-YYYY. So if I enter 11-12-2009 I get records returned for 12th November rather than 11th December. But if I enter 17-12-2009 then it returned records for 17th December.

  Hope this makes sense and someone can shed some light on the issue.

  It will help you to set date format in report builder.

  However, I think you can have a try of RAQ Report. With it, you can set date format as you like in the properties box.
