    Hello,

    i have to give restrict export access only to pdf for one of the reports.

    for other reports in the same server, all export should be available.

    is it possible? kindly help.

    Could be done with the reportviewer control (sorry no direct link available). A good site for that is http://www.gotreportviewer.com/

    With that you can force only 1 type of export or simple do the export directly for the user.

    BTW, any way you could make a subscription and manually run it for specific users?

    but this report every employees will generate it when they need it(not every day or constant interval).

    will try this and getback hope this doesnt need .net knowledge

    It's very light... couple hours tops.

    P.S. a subscriptions can be called manually (it's just a job on the server).
