Hi all,
i need your help to do database mirroring for my two servers.
principal database which i am going to use is already acting as a publisher in the replication.
for that data base i need to create partner(mirror).
once fail over happens mirror will act as a publisher and it should act as a publisher also.
what are the major things i need to consider while creating mirrored database.
i.e 1.backup primary
2.restoring the secondary
3.configuration of mirroring
i have already gone through BOL...
please help me ....in easy way

Honestly speaking, I don't understand what you want to achieve with this setup? Here is what, I can think of. If you have an OTLP database, you want to setup Database Mirroring for high availability purpose. And your replicated database will help in report genaration.
If you need a second database for report generation, then you may take a snapshot of the mirror database for that purpose.
Could you please provide some more details on what you want to achieve from the above setup?
