Replication Warning (The distribution agent failed to create temporary files)

    We are on 2012 Enterprise with a publisher, distributor & 5 subscribers. We are frequently getting the warning "The distribution agent failed to create temporary files in 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\110\COM' directory. System returned errorcode 5."

    Steps taken so far: The agent account & repl admin accounts have been given full access to the folder on publisher, distributor & 5 subscribers.

    Whats is noticed is we receive this warning, however the Replication is healthy & does not seem to be effected.

    I have had posted the same question on MSDB hoping for some moderators to reply. Received reply, however still not resolved totally as it says

    "grant write permissions to the COM folder for the SQL Server Agent service account? You may need to restart the SQL Server Agent as well"
