  Hello All!

  I'm a technical recruiter and am always striving to understand the technologies I'm recruiting for and have a clarification question. I am currently recruiting on a position for a SQL DBA and one of the kill points for this client is replication.

  Through feedback from a candidate I've found that they want transactional replication. How would you explain the difference? What type of SQL environment would you find this in? How is the transactional replication done?
