The problem is every time I stop the SQL Server service replication stops working. I have noticed that the 3 replication tables in the tempdb are missing. I know there is a Stored procedure that should rebuild these tables. Does any know the Stored Procedure to use and what is the root cause of this problem. I can't seem to find any KB articles on the subject. Please Help!
Thanks

Hi,
When you mean "stop the SQL Service" are you stopping the publisher, distributor or subscriber? Also, what type of replication do you have setup?

Turns out the Startup Parameter -T3608 was never removed after we moved the master and Model database locations.
