I installed Sql Server 2008 R2 Express and Advanced edition.
But there is no Publication Folder in Replication.
And there is No permission to create a new publisher.
pls help me.

Do you mean SQL Server Express Edition with Advanced Services? If so, that instance can only be used as a subscriber. Therefore, you cannot set up replicatioon or create a publication.

Standard and higher will provide you with most replication. For Oracle or Peer to Peer, you must have Enterprise ed.

Are there any limitations on creating subscribers under one publication. (All are separate servers)
I create two but when creates another "stating Agent" is running continuously and finally give an error.

I would start a new thread for this issue. Please include what type of replication you are using and how it is configured.

Its a Merge replication. There is a central Server act as a publisher and another 6 severs need to set as Subscribers
